Return Policy
Only defective or damaged items are eligible for return. We do not offer exchanges.
1. Eligibility
Returns are accepted solely for items that arrive defective or damaged in transit. Cosmetic packaging wear is not considered a defect.
2. Timeframe
You must submit a return request within 14 calendar days of delivery. After this period, no return can be initiated.
3. What We Do Not Accept
- Non-defective items (including compatibility issues if not confirmed with us before purchase)
- Items showing signs of misuse, alteration, custom modification, or liquid damage
- Items missing original accessories or serial labels
- Items returned without prior authorisation
4. No Exchanges
We do not provide exchanges or replacements. Approved defective returns are refunded to the original payment method.
5. How to Request a Return
- Email: returns@sernopc.com (include order number in subject).
- Provide: order number, item SKU, clear photos of defect, and shipping box if damaged.
- Wait for written Return Authorisation (RMA). Do not ship before approval.
- Ship item securely in original packaging with RMA reference.
- Keep tracking info; we are not liable for lost returns.
- We recommend using insured shipping for high-value items.
6. Inspection & Refunds
Inspection takes 3–5 business days after arrival. If defect confirmed, refund is issued within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are refunded only if the defect is verified.
7. Denied Returns
If the item is found functional or altered, it will be sent back to you (or discarded if unclaimed after 30 days) without refund.
8. Shipping Responsibility
You are responsible for return shipping unless we state otherwise in the authorization email. Use a trackable method; we are not liable for lost return parcels.
9. Liability Limitation
We are not responsible for loss of data, configuration, or incidental costs resulting from defective hardware.
